Bad habits

Today I had to do a task about bad habits.If you don't know what  bad habit is it something you do continuously. Here is some example of bad habits people do: chewing on their fingernails ,picking there nose and menny more(eat it). Gaming is a problem because it can damage your eyesight. A screen is too bright which can mean you are straining your eyes to look at it.. Having a bad habit is not always that bad but it depends what your habit is. Some habits can hurt yourself like : gaming talking(maybe) and many more.

Talking can get me into  trouble sometimes. My habit does not hurt any part of my body but it might hurt my  throat if I talk to loud. When I get in trouble I feel embarrassed and try not to do it again. Talking is very hard for me to try stop, it is very addicting and non stop because I just have so much to say to my friends.

Today i will be sharing my friends and family and what they mean to me.First i am going to talk about friends .My friends are also part of my family because they always help me and care for me so there the best i could ever ask for no one can replace Fehi, Sariah or Yazmine.
